Order Processing (Handling Time)
All orders placed with vibremode.com require 1 to 3 business days for processing before shipment. Our fulfillment operations run Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Costs & Transit Times
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days after processing.
International Shipping
VibreMode offers international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order (such as updating your shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime through our Tracking Page.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Unforeseen Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
"Delivered" Packages Not Received
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your delivery location.
- Ask neighbors or household members.
- Confirm your shipping address.
- Contact the carrier for delivery details.
- If the package is confirmed lost, contact us with supporting information so we can assist you.
