Our 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. Depending on the reason for your request, please review the specific guidelines below.
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or fails to function correctly out of the box, we will make it right immediately.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Please provide a clear photo or video demonstrating the defect.
- Once our team verifies the issue, we will issue a full refund. You will not be required to return the defective item.
Change of Mind / Not As Expected
If you ordered the wrong item, it isn't what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, you are still eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. These fees are non-refundable.
- Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product back to our return facility.
- Your refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are covered under this same 14-day return policy.
Non-Refundable Conditions
VibreMode reserves the right to deny a refund if the item has been damaged due to unauthorized modifications, improper use, or repairs conducted by a third party.
- Covered: Defects caused by faulty materials or manufacturing issues.
- Not Covered: Accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Warranty Resolution: If a valid defect occurs within a 9-month period, Vibremode will repair or replace the product. Refunds are not issued under the warranty policy.
